Our Methodology

CelebrityIQ.info compiles estimated IQ scores for well-known public figures using a range of publicly available sources. This page explains how we arrive at these estimates and their limitations.

Sources We Use

IQ scores come from a combination of: reported scores in biographies and interviews, scores cited in academic or journalistic sources, expert estimates by psychologists who study high achievers, and proxies such as SAT scores, academic records, and professional achievements.

Why "Estimated"?

Most celebrities have never taken a standardized IQ test — or if they have, the results are private. The scores on this site are compiled estimates, not verified test results. We label each score as "Estimated," "Reported," or "Verified" accordingly.

IQ Percentiles

Percentiles are calculated using a normal distribution with mean 100 and standard deviation 15 — the standard assumption for most modern IQ tests.

Disclaimers

IQ scores shown on this site are for entertainment and educational purposes. They should not be taken as authoritative measurements. Human intelligence is multidimensional and cannot be fully captured by a single number. We make no claims about the accuracy of specific scores.
